Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling We ship all equipment free of charge to any UK mainland address. The equipment has to be sent to the registered card holders address.

Any orders from Europe will be charged at the standard Parcelforce Euro 48 hour rate.

Delivery Schedule Providing credit card details are correct, we will dispatch your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can expect your order to arrive within three working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place the item on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the retail price.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Guarantee We offer 2 year guarantees on all Hi-Fi seperates and 5 years on all our loudspeakers. Any items bought from our ex demonstation or second hand catalogue would carry a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikley event of a breakdown within the warranty period please contact us and we will arrange collection of the item for repair. Refunds will only be considered within 28 days from the date of purchase.
